I had an annual maintenance contract with this company. They visit twice a year for A/C in the summer and the heater in the winter. Every time they come out, they find something wrong with this less than 10-year-old unit which they installed. Need to replace the condenser, need a new thermostat. They installed a new thermostat two years ago which cost me over $1200 installed., This winter I was five days without heat because they had to order a new thermostat which cost me another $1900 and then when it was installed, they found that my problem was the fan to the furnace. Which is probably all that I needed. I will no longer be using this company. What good is a maintenance contract, if am still charged every time they visit??
