I had my HVAC replaced in the fall of 2024. Sila was knowledgeable, up front, and friendly while explaining the reason for a full replacement and the cost. Work was done within one day, and they have been quick to respond with any questions since.

Had five visits over the course of a week to resolve installation issues, especially related to sump pump function with new HE systems that produce much more condensate. Also faulty install of transition system from natural gas to LPG
