My dog was paralyzed from the waist down and blue pearl tried to talk me into putting him down. They discouraged me from trying to care for a special needs dog. Long story short….a year later and my dog can walk again after a second opinion.

I have had to put 2 elderly cats dow at the ages of 20 ND 22 years old. Everyone treated us with such open and caring arms. They have a comfortable place to say your final good byes. We always felt the people sadness for our cats too. Highly recommend.

They were so kind and empathetic when we had to put our dog down. Their protocol in place for integrity and privacy is unmatched.

Blue Pearl is a large operation and the costs are high. Sometimes it takes 1-2 weeks to get an appointment but it is nice that they have the emergency care department. The quality of care is usually good. We don’t recommend them as a surgery center however their other care seems good.

I brought my pet in for an emergency and they made me feel like a piece of trash. My cat waa having a breathing issue and they made me feel like I caused it when I did nothing and would never ever harm my pet. She is like my child. They talked in a condescending tone. They basically told me my cat was going to die of she didn't have surgery and basically that I should put her to sleep and pay an arm and a leg. 2 years later here is my cat, alive and healthy. Worst place ever.

We just started going here after our dog was diagnosed with a rare cancer. The staff was caring and the oncologist was friendly, sensible, logical, and took time to guide us on the best course of action.

Very competent and thorough; able to handle problems that are beyond the neighborhood vet. Frequently suggest comprehensive (and expensive) lab tests.
