Have gone to CJ's for years but was disappointed the last time I purchased tires. Apparently, the alignment machine was broken. The tread on the two rear tires was gone within 6 months, creating a very dangerous situation. Although CJ Tires replaced the tires at no cost, I was disappointed that they did not notify me that the machine was not working properly. Recently, a third tire appears to be wearing prematurely but they will not replace it until the tread is worn down (don't remember exactly what it has to be) within the warranty period before they will replace at a prorated amount. These were expensive tires recommended by CJ's. I now have trust issues and have started taking the car to the dealership for other maintenance. I liked CJ's, I liked the people there and the prices are reasonable. I would like to be able to trust them again.
