No idea why this firm gets good ratings. The guy and his son came to my house, inspected the furnace and A/C units I wanted replaced, and also noted that an existing humidifier unit had been mounted on the wrong duct by a previous contractor and would have to be relocated. They promised to send me a proposal within 2 weeks, as they were busy. I never heard from them again, and it turned out they were dead wrong about the humidifier (a subsequent bidder said "anyone in this business should be able to recognize a bypass humidifier"). Unprofessional and incompetent, too. Steer clear, folks!
