Shank Door installed the garage doors and openers in our newly-built garage. Rick, who performed the work, was incredible. We did not expect that a single guy would be able to install two 10x8 doors and high-lift tracks as well as he did. Quality of both the doors (CHI's 5216 series) and the LiftMaster 8500 openers is as expected. And during installation we saw Rick repeatedly running the doors up and down to ensure that everything worked smoothly and sealed well. First, I have never seen garage doors open/close as quietly as these doors do. But also, though no door may be air tight, these doors seal well, helping keep the garage cool or warm as necessary. We're sure that much of that has to do with Rick's attention to detail with the sealing trim. He also programmed both remotes to open both doors before he gave them to us, and provided us with all of the necessary home owner materials. (In the past we've had people install things for us then throw away the owner's manual and such without offering them to us.) We give Shank Door our highest recommendation. Very well done!
