They are the greatest. First "professionals" that actually understand timeout. It's not a punishment. Both my kids went there and when they would get infuriated, they would go stand in a quiet place (of their choosing) without being told, and wait a few minutes until they got it under control. Seriously? But yeah. Both kids learned 'manners', please, thank you, etc. They are so happy when they come home, you know nothing bad is going on. My daughter DIES to go to summer camp there when school is out, and has such a great time.
