This no longer exists as an independent company as it's now part of A Bell Pest Services that isn't as highly rated. I guess I'll have to see how this works out. The tech who came last week did things completely differently than the Arrest-A-Pest tech.

I dreaded, the idea of hiring an exterminator. Don't go any further. He walked in and immediately started joking. Super nice guy. I started to lead him to the attic, where I thought there might be termites. He started laughing. 'If you have termites in the attic, your house would be falling down.' He noted the concrete bottom portion of the exterior, and said no way. He did the inspection thoroughly, even going into the large crawl space under the house. He looked at every inch there. Out of curiosity, I asked how he would treat. I got to hear the latest technology for termite infestations. $85. Chump change. This guy knows hios trade

Ed was efficient and very personable. He took care of the issue we had - yellow jackets making nets inside the siding of our home. He advised us on preventive strategies for the future. Finally as he was leaving, I showed him a hornets nest that I was going to take care off. Ed insisted on doing it since he was already on the property and despite my entreaties did it at no additional cost !!!

I've have a quarterly contract with Arrest-A-Pest for about ten years, and they've completely eliminated all problems with insects and mice, for an extremely reasonable price. Easy to contact; thorough; responsive; and professional. Great outfit.

Used Arrest-A-Pest to do a termite control application after seeing swarmers at one of our windows. Ed was very responsive and gave us a proposal at a good price. He scheduled the work promptly and was very meticulous in doing his work, being very careful with our house/property. I highly recommend him.

This company did not get rid of my carpenter bees. They did not even treat all the surfaces the bees were drilling into to lay their eggs. I checked the Internet to find other ways to get rid of them more successfully than the dust they used.
