Just awful. Made a mess by covering everything in the basement with 1/8 inch of dust - took over 2 weeks for 3 people to wipe everything down. Poor communication - didn't finish scraping loose fluorescence from the walls and started to cover wall with cement over the loose gravel in the wall. When I told the manager - when the job was 1/3 done - he said they did a thorough scraping. I then hit my fist on the wall and you could hear the rocks falling underneath the cover. They refused to redo it. Now there are cracks in the wall, and cracks in the flooring where the water seeps in through the walls and underneath the concrete floor. An incorrect job, managed poorly, incompetent workmanship and came out badly.

Their work was great. They did not protect the basement dust coming up in the rest of my house. They should’ve had some plastic up.
