They basically took advantage of my timidity/anxiety to get me to use their services and then didn't even help me.

There's not much that an Urgent Care Clinic can do to help most people other than offer x-ray services and get prescriptions for general health issues (ear aches, sore throat, etc.). When they are presented with a patient that requires more care than they can offer, they refer to an ER. That being said, LGH Urgent Care is clean, well staffed, has a computerized appointment schedule so that you can plan your visit there, and the front desk people are great. Expect a wait time of up to 30 minutes - not bad!
