Many measurements were wron and didn’t take into account the direction of the rafters in existing structure. He didn’t take into account load bearing walls and didn’t compensate for any of the mistakes in the plans such as the pitch of the roof on the new structure. I had to pay all the extra costs of additional supportive steel beams to the contractor. This architect should have consulted a structural engineer but didn’t.
