Called for service, accepted appointment three days from the call date (my service was not emergency, in their defense they did ask if it was emergency). Left work early to meet tech at house and they were not on time. Called the office to confirm I had correct day/time, which I did, he said he would call tech to find out how long until he arrived at my home and call me back. I never got a call back, never was contacted at all again. I confirmed they had my correct number, confirmed that I was on their schedule, I cannot believe that a business would totally drop an appointment and not even call to apologize or try to correct the situation at all. What a waste of time. Would not call again, will go out of my way to tell people not to use their service.
