Rob Wishnick and all of the employees that I dealt with at Guaranteed Rate were outstanding. Professional and extremely timely is all that they do. The mortgage process that I went thru with them was the easiest one I have even done, and I have done many. Everything flowed so well, that I even called toward the end of the process just to make sure all was ok - not only was it ok, everything worked at the right place and the right time. I didn't have to send and fax and answer 3000 questions. They took the data that was provided/asked for, and the loan closed. It was a dream come true. Have never, never had a mortgage process go so smoothly. Rob was a jewel to work with. I could not ask for any one to be more helpful. He was "on top of" everything and thoroughly answered all questions. All of the staff that I interfaced with were equally "on top of their game". Truly an A+ experience!
