Jim Shields of MortgageAmerica is the best. Once my realtor hooked me up with him for my mortgage, he was on top of things throughout the process. Jim always took my calls, answered my many questions, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. He is professional, knowledgeable about every facet of home buying and mortgages, and, as a bonus, has a great sense of humor. I had a few occasions to communicate with other people on the Mortgage America team, all who were professional and willing to help. I was extraordinarily happy with Jim and Mortgage America.
