This is a revision to the review from a few months ago, regarding an Aprilaire dehumidifier. As it turns out, the reason why I did not get further responses from Good, was that my contact left the company and no-one picked up his emails. However, I am glad I persisted with this as when I did make contact, was assigned to a different employee who came out and brought along an Aprilaire engineer to evaluate the system. They found that it was not installed the best way. They then came out and fixed the install. Made a significant difference, now the system is working well. So the first experience was nt good, but they did follow up eventually and correct the issues....

This is my second time around with Good. They installed A/C unit 3 years ago in a new addition and did an excellent job. This time around it was a water softener and Rick (manager) and Doug did another excellent job. Only problem with Good is if you need service after the fact their charge to and from their business is excessive as compared to others.
