This review is of Ciocca's Ford dealership but I had previously bought a new Elantra from their Quakertown location and based on both experience I consider their dealerships first rate. I had a 2007 Escape that was quickly wearing out and I decided to look for a new Compact SUV with more modern technology. An Escape wasn't my first choice as I looked at a Chevy first and had found a used Jeep that I was going to take a look at and was excited about. However, after speaking with my mechanic he felt a Chevy or Ford would be a better option, particularly with how long I keep my vehicles. I did a quick internet search and found an Escape that seemed to fit my needs, particularly the ability to tow a small trailer. While on the internet, I had provided my email address. Within 10 minutes my phone rang and it was Ciocca. I was amazed. I told them I was planning to take a look at a Jeep that morning but I could stop within a half hour to take a look at the Escape they had. By the time I got there, the car was sitting in front of the showroom with my first name hanging from the rear view mirror. The sales gal that I dealt with was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The entire process went extremely smooth and the car was delivered at the agreed upon time. Follow up has continued through the months since I made the purchase. Totally satisfied with the dealership in all respects. Haven't dealt with service yet but I expect it will also be first class.

A major failure of the vehicle after 3 months. Dealership tried to take care of me but was overruled by Ford corporate
