Madden failed to be accountable for defective, cheap trees that died within a month and "defended" himself with outright lies and blaming us for failing to follow watering instructions that, by the way, he never sent. I have dealt with dozens of home contractors of all types and gladly rate and recommend the vast majority who provide excellent service, accountability, and professionalism. You can see those ratings here. This company failed in almost every way to live up to minimal standards of accountability and honesty.
