Our experience with Nello and his work crews from Nancy's Farm has been incredibly positive. We wanted a new EP Henry pavers rear patio, with multiple levels since the ground isn't flat, and it had to be designed to prevent rain water from entering the house. Nello and his crew chief, Hugo, created a French drain that moves water away from the house. Now, five years since installation, our family room and basement are completely dry. Plus, their advice regarding the rounded steps between levels, and the building of a paver wall, was invaluable. This was an expensive project, since we were paving a fairly large area. But Nello's price was reasonable considering everything. And, best of all, whenever we need to have the pavers touched up (like this year for the first time), they're available to both powerwash and add more sandy grout between pavers. We've trusted Nancy's Farm to not only do a great job initially, but to help us maintain the pavers over time.
