They could you better as far as communicating and their people skills but if you're in an emergency situation it's a good thing that they're there

I had one of the most negative experiences with urgent care in my life at this location. I suffer from chronic sinus infections, and went to get an Antibiotic because I At this point of my life I know when I have one. I was stuck waiting in my car for 2 hours and when I finally got in. I told the physician's assistant that I have seen an ear nose and throat doctor about this and I have yet to be wrong about a scientist infection.This person told me that my doctor didn't know what she was talking about and I didn't have a sinus infection and sent me away. The only redeeming factor was that the medical director called me after I complained and prescribed me the antibiotics and the Infection cleared up quickly thereafter
