Horrible lack of communication, no co-ordination or last minute notices, expecting residents to be home and available to let service people in or move cars for repaving. No system in place to manage the identity of residents vs owners. Tree planting priority, upgrading of surround units and general attention given to certain board members. Favoritism and spending need to be audited.
