I bought an older house with heat pump system. Have had many repairs and some components replaced. Staff is always quick to come, friendly and got the job done even if it took extra visits. My service contract is reasonably priced for what I get. I have gotten discounts due to being a good customer.

Brewer does a good job maintaining my oil boiler and air conditioning unit. There have been times when they were short on staff, and could not schedule an appointment quickly.

Recommended with reservations. over 20 years, several installs and biannual maintenance contracts, something has changed. I think the family ownership may have retired and a younger generation is running it. Prices have jumped dramatically, my service person of many years and a real expert is gone and their replacement just finished training (He is nice, but not real knowledgeable yet.) A friend called them for a replacement AC unit and Brewer's quote was over $1000 higher than the other three companies he secured written quotes for the same unit. It would have been a drop in unit installation.
