Spent most of last winter thinking our oil tank gauge was broke: Technician placed gauge in incorrectly, suggested that we had water in our tank and that our furnace wasn’t filtering properly, recommended having it pumped cleaned. Had another company come out to pump out water when they realized the tank was one dry and tank gauge wasn’t reinstalled correctly by DDM tech. We ended up having to pay$250 to second company for coming out for nothing. We converted to gas with PGW
