Gave me an estimate on a water heater. The estimate for a larger water heater than I currently had even though I didn't ask for a larger capacity. Felt a bit dishonest, trying to trick me into getting something more than what I needed. But they do decent work, friendly, easy to schedule. Just buyer beware.
