They use annual inspections to try to get you to upgrade your HVAC system through them. At every inspection they found something that "could cause a problem in the future and should be corrected now" and very nicely pressure you to upgrade. They are very pleasant, but their primary interest is in upselling. I did not follow their recommendations and the "problem" never happened.
