I called the national customer svc line and was on hold for 30 minutes, just to finally be told by the rep that answered that I would need to go online to get a quote and / or to schedule. Ugh! So online I go. Booked an appt for the following Monday. Was given a window of 12:30 pm to 5 pm for them to show up at my office to repair a tiny stone chip in the windsheild of my 2025 .Purple Series Subaru BRZ. Should have been easy peasey! But no. By 4:30 pm, they still hadn't shown up. So I called at 4:45 pm. Was advised by a rude woman that they would have never given me a window of time to show up, and that they would still be out, I just needed to be patient. Then just 5 minutes later, another rept texted me to say that they would need to reschedule. UGH! I told them to forget it becuase I was supposed to leave on a trip that night. Then within 15 minutes of that correspondence, I recieved another text msg stating that they had rescheduled my appt to the following morning at 10:30 am and that I was supposed to take my car to their shop. Seriously???? Who gave them permission to do that?! NOT ME! I wasn't even going to be in the area! I have called and asked repeatedly for the shop manager / owner to give me a call. NOTHING. Crickets! Ugh! Worst customer service experience ever with Safelite! I have no clue how they even stay in business. I checked Yelp and Google reviews, and so many ppl have had the same exact experience as I did. And the owner's response to them? "Sorry we fell short" and "call the corporate office". Safelite used to be a great company. Now it's nothing but a joke.
