While I don't have complaints against the quality of actual service, I did have an issue in being overbilled for about 3 months at the beginning of my monthly car wash contract. I could not get any calls back when I called, no replied when I emailed, but when I drove to the WC location, a super nice assistant manager took my complaint, looked up my account and confirmed it was valid. He tried to reach the owners while I was standing there but had no success. He said he'd report the issue, confirmed the correct amount due me almost $100 and said they'd get back to me A few weeks went by, no reply and no credit on my credit card bill (which was being billed monthly), so I drove back to the store (over 35 min drive from where I live). Same thing played out again, he confirmed my complaint, apologized for my trouble and I went home to wait again. This happened at least 8 more times over a period of nearly 7 months. Finally, when I got rid of my car, I drove back, told them to stop my membership and the asst manager again apologized and gave me credit to get $5 car washes. Needless to say I did not renew my membership. If I'm in WC MAYBE I'll get 1 car wash - but I'll never do a membership again.
