I liked the store's staff and wide variety of products and ability to bring samples home to view. However, the subcontractors they hired to install my vinyl floor seemed unfamiliar with how to install the product and the underlayment properly. The store owner agreed to tear out the floor and redo it- which turned out better the second time.
