I was looking for a local HVAC firm to do a check of my heating and air conditioning system. I read good reviews about Rossi on Checkbook and contacted them for an annual service plan. The office staff was super helpful and polite and the service man was punctual and was thorough in testing my heating system. The price for the annual heater/AC maintenance check was in line with what other services charge. I plan on using them again.

Heater and thermostat not working properly when first cold snap hit. Found Rossi through Checkbook. Kim of the office staff took my call and couldn’t have been nicer. Asked if I had heat which I did but not able to set thermostat to desired temperature . Said they could be out that afternoon but my schedule didn’t permit it. The next day, I was Eric’s first call. He was very professional and told me what was wrong and quickly did needed repairs and replaced thermostat will an easy to use model which I had requested. Will use them again and highly recommend them . They have great, friendly customer service from initial phone call to installation.

What was most important to me, and why I chose them to do more work, was customer service. I called late at night figuring I would get a call in the morning, but I got a call right back. I sent photos of some requested items and was told to flip a switch and the problem was solved. I had them back for a review of my system and was told of all the wrong things done by initial installer and they fixed what was necessary. Didn't compare prices because I got their number from Checkbook, saw the check for cost and trusted them. Good company.
