This is my second year using KWC. Though I initially was pleased with the firm's service, I've grown frustrated by a steep decline in responsiveness. For example, tax planning questions that I raised via email back in early January are still unanswered three months later despite my sending multiple reminders. I don't know if this issue is unique to the individual CPA who was assigned to my account, or is a firm-wide issue. It's too late in the tax season for me to find a new firm to handle my 2025 returns, but I plan to look elsewhere for future tax services.
