I tried Bradham twice. The first time we needed tires; when I mentioned to the gentleman on the phone that I needed to look at Consumer Reports to pick them, he immediately said (words to the effect of) 'You know that is based on advertising, right? It's not real information about the quality. I can tell you the quality of the tires.' After I selected the tires and went to pay for the car, I noticed all of their Checkbook signs, highlighting their great scores! I asked if he had paid for the ratings. "Huh? I don't know...the owner does all that."

The car went back (it's a 1995 Honda that needs TLC) and they charged us a $145 diagnostic fee and then said it was going to be another $675, though when pressed, they admitted the engine may be blown, but they wouldn't know until they were done. ?!

We took it to Japanese Auto City, the man fixed it for $143 without any mystery. I would never go to Bradham again; I hope they valued the $145 diagnostic fee they got from us.

Very friendly and helpful employees, who communicate well with customer. Very respectful to female customers. Very reliable in getting work done as promised and on time. Will point out developing problems but do not push repairs. On one occasion suggested we take our car to a different shop that was better equipped for the repair rather than take our money and do a lesser job. Prices seem generally about what one would expect or slightly higher.
