Our kitchen & laundry room floors look like new again despite 20+ years of wear and tear. Marcin & the onsite team are knowledgeable professionals. I appreciated that the project was well managed, well implemented, and relatively pain free considering that the kitchen is the most used room in our house on a daily basis. The cleanup was top notch, there was barely any noticeable odor from the water-based sealant and dust was well controlled. Kudos and thank you for a job well done.

Hard-working entrepeneur responded promptly the week between Christmas & New Years and scheduled work ~ 10 days later. Termite damage meant need to replace 1969 era wood planks. Refinishing turned out beautifully, at price quoted. Fair but not bargain price for excellent work. Took apart china cabinet very heavy to move and reassembled without damage. Sanding produced fine dust but not as bad as feared- do cover surrounding areas even outside the sealed off work zone. 2 days for polyurethane finishing. Polyurethane odor is strong for several days, arrange to be out of house all day/evening and do block vents to other rooms if sleeping at home.
