Core helped design and build a deck and patio for our new house. We got on their flex schedule and got a 10% discount. Their price was very reasonable compared to 10+ quotes we got. They were one of the few that used Timbertech pvc decking material. Both the deck and patio were done in two weeks. Their communication was outstanding—probably the best I’ve dealt with for home contractors. We highly recommend them.

New deck, screened porch, and island patio. Bonus that Core could do both the patio and the deck/porch. Tore down smaller old deck and even replaced some rotten band joist and sill plate under the old sliding door. Core helped work through the design process, dealing with some tricky issues around the nearby septic tank and porch placement relative to the property line. Great advice on materials and design options. The vaulted porch ceiling made a huge difference in how big the space feels. Construction quality was great. The structure is super solid and craftsmanship is top notch. Nice people and good communication all around.
