Consumer Comments for Fairfax Auto Repair

Consumer from ANNANDALE, VA

Their $47.97 oil change special (loss leader?) brought me in. First time customer. I expected that they would be looking for additional work on my 2008 Ford Escape and I was not disappointed. But the additional service recommendations were presented in a very low pressure mode. Absolutely no pressure to commit immediately. All personnel I interfaced with were extremly courteous. I have no comment on prices yet - I will be comparing their quotes to another shop I have used in the past..

I brought my German model here for work since the dealer failed 3 times to diagnose and repair the issue. Fairfax Auto Repair correctly identified and repaired the problem. Quite expensive though but better than throwing money at the dealership.
