This is the second year that Nova Green Energy has come to my home to service my gas fireplace. They are so professional and competent. They cleaned my fireplace and it's logs. Also informed me how long to burn at one time and the cost of burning my fireplace to put it in perspective when I use it. Service above and beyond. Also you only want the best when servicing any gas appliance (fireplace) in your home.

Came to service our gas fireplace insert. They responded quickly to my request for service and scheduled a appointment quickly. I was given a window of time, but the technician did not arrive, nor did I receive any phone call or was I able to reach anyone in the office. I waited a while longer, and was about to give up. The technician did show up a couple of hours later. He said he was working by himself that day and that the person in the office was out. I assume they were just having a bad-luck day. The technician provided excellent service and left the fireplace spic and span, so I will definitely call this company again.
