This company provides and services water filters. We asked the company to send reps to assess the state of our old filter system for our well water. The two reps arrived late. They did not test our water for quality. As expected, they took the heads off our neutralizer and iron filter tanks to see how much filter media remained. They reassembled the tanks, advised us of our options, and left. After they left, one of the tanks began leaking where the head joins the base. The company was able to send someone out to fix the problem by late afternoon. The two reps who had come to our house had left out a washer.
