I have used Jim and his team in the past and knew who I would call when needing additional work done. Both times I have been very pleased with the results. From responisveness of initial outreach to completion, communication is excellent. The team's craftmanship is outstanding and it is very apparent that they take pride in their work.

KingKreations LLC rebuilt a dry stack stone retaining wall in our front yard. Jim Frankel provided a detailed quote after discussing the job at length. His crew took only one day to tear down and pour a foundation, rebuild the wall, and install weep holes. They were incredibly careful to avoid damaging the plants behind the wall as they moved the stone and added sand. The wall is now straight, solid, and safe. The crew cleaned up so well you could not even tell they had been working all day. Jim was easy to work with and clearly communicated the job schedule. Overall, the job was competitively priced, and the workmanship was of high quality. I highly recommend them.

Jim Frankel and his crew do excellent work. I had my front sidewalk from the driveway to the front door stoop re-done with tempered flagstone. The front stoop was also re-done. Jim was easy to work with and gave a nice comprehensive written quote. He requires a deposit of one-third of the amount. He could not start my job for approx. 3 to 4 weeks. He did not deposit my check until he called me the day before to say they would start the job the next morning. We had previously discussed both of our out-of-town schedules, so he knew when I was available. The work took 2 and a half days. I did not pay him the 2/3 balance left until the job was entirely finished. Got the emailed receipt immediately after I signed on his phone accounting app.
