Jim installed a covered sun porch and had the roof above it drain into the sum porch roof at a horizontal angle. within a few years this resulted in a hug leak coming through the shingles. Also, the roof he installed had very little slope which contributed to the roofs failure.

Overall I was happy with the results but the on-site manager wasn't on-site often and I had to point out issues he was unaware of. Also, I was disappointed that some of the installed trim edges turned green as soon as the weather became wetter. Designer was not super willing to talk about alternatives to what he thought was best.
