they also have a "Geek Squad" for repairs who are very helpful and efficient.

Buyer beware, Go to Gregg or Micro Center in Fairfax, they actually like their customers. I purchased a Lenovo tablet and went in with some questions. They had just received the new Samsung 10.1. The sales person demonstrated the product and upsold me. I returned the Lenovo with the intention of buying the Samsung. I forgot the folio case for the product when I went in to return it and a credit card scanner they told me the case was beyond 14 days and under no circumstances could I return it though unused. They also advised me that I would not be allowed to return any new purchases. The CSR and me were both surprised. However this will not be a problem, since as a result of this customer experience I will not be returning to Best Buy for any reason from now on. This is a policy of a company trying to avoid going into the abyss like Curcuit City, let's see how that works out. And I purchased the upsale tablet at Micro Center.

My family bought a tripod from the store on June 30 for a July 10 bday present. It was not the correct one (nor did they sell the kind I really wanted). The return was 10 days after my birthday. They would only give store credit because they have a 15 day return policy (beware!!!!!). When I explained that I actually was within the 15 days from when I received it the manager (Regina) said that I am lucky that they will return it at all!!!! BEWARE!!!! They don't care about their customers. They don't care whether or not you are happy. The manager was RUDE. Buy from Costco where the customer is king/queen. I would have never had this issue there--and for an unopened tripod!!! I hate Best Buy!!!
