Not very proactive - run like a one person shop with little active management of investments - standard investments in passive index ETFs with infrequent rebalancing which any roboadvisor can do a better job of at much lower cost. Every report had many errors and lost trust in their advice. Financial advisor Brian got very defensive when I questioned value for fees and quality of service.
