Tysons Corner Collision Center is authorized collision repair for high-end cars, including Audi. My wife's Audi Q5 was damaged in a parking lot by a careless driver, and they repaired (sheet metal and paint work, with Audi-original parts) the car leaving it like new. The Customer Service representative, Nabia, will always have your back with stingy auto insurance companies (like State Farm) that want the cheapest repair possible with used parts. Highly recommend.

Although the work was covered under insurance, the time to work the car took much longer than projected because the person responsible for my case left the company one week after my car was received and my job did not get transitioned to someone new. It was not until I called about the status they realized this oversight. The shop is overbooked, which should be a good sign on its quality but they should not accept cars so early until they have a spot open. This costs the customer time and money (rental). I had to call for updates whereas other shops I used provide daily electronic updates. Finally, about a week after I got my car back I noticed something that was not properly attached when they put the car back. Rather than risk returning it for a remedy and risking my car being held in the shop for an undetermined period, I addressed it myself. Staff was fine and helpful when you dealt with them.

The cost was about $200 higher than the estimate and they needed more funds from the insurance company. Even though my insurance company guaranteed the additional payment, they would not release the car until the funds were in their hands; I ultimately paid it myself and got reimbursed by the insurance company. The shop was understaffed and the simple repair took a week longer than originally promised.
