Signature replaced all the windows in our two story home. There was no high pressure in the sales process and they offered choices for various finishes and prices. They let us choose what we wanted based upon our preferences and budget. Their prices seemed somewhat on the high side but we were very happy with the quality of windows and installation. The installers took extra care and time to get the job done right when it came to some difficult trim areas and were always willing to answer our questions.

We had three windows replaced in 2012 and then six this fall (2021). The first installation was good so we decide to replace the rest of our windows since we like the Marvin fiberglass windows. I'm have mix feelings about our experience. The installer knew what he was doing but there was a miscommunication about window sill rot. We told the salesman about it before installation and he said they could handle it. The installer wasn't aware of this when he showed up and it set back his timeline. He did work hard to get it completed. Even came on a holiday to finish. While they did replaced the rotten sills they didn't use quality materials. I'd like to have the sills replace again with better wood but that would be a lot of work. Replacing a sill with these windows is not an easy job. If you have a straight forward project then I'd recommend them otherwise be sure they understand what they're taking on before the installer shows up. Make sure they use quality materials.

We love our new windows and Signature Windows was a pleasure to work with from the quote to installation. We appreciated their frequent communications. I highly recommend this window company.
