They came out to my house and took some measurements. It was two weeks before I received a proposal. The proposal was inferior, since it didn't include the window make and model, although that was discussed on the home visit. When the bid came it was $1800 more than I got from another company for a lower end model by the same manufacturer. Plus, they wanted 50% down at time of ordering and the remaining 50% at time of delivery--so if they didn't do a good job on the installation you had no leverage since you already paid them in full prior to installation.

Poor communication regarding project completion and billing. Poorly trained tradespeople, damaged product during install and tried to hide/ignore damage. Had to make multiple demands that the work be redone and the damaged parts replaced. Reluctantly, they had a skilled subcontractor come to my home and reinstall the product correctly and without damage. Far too expensive and way too much hassle, just to try and “shop local”. Next time I will call a company from Seattle and be done with it.
