Great workmanship shown by tight corners for the window trim and adequate sealing. The crew arrived on-time and completed the job early despite the tough location and difficult removal of the old windows. The crew cleaned the installation and area well. The price was competitive and fair. The crew were friendly and courteous of my at home working environment. I recommend this company to

The job was glass replacement in one window from an unknown manufacturer. The lifetime warranty on the replacement glass is exceptional.

I had 30 failing windows replaced 15 years ago and was given a "life time" guaratee on the glass. Two windows gave out in 6 years and I had to pay for the travel and installation for them. After 15 years, almost all the windows have failed and the new owner of the company is very courteous but imforms me that the manufacturer of the glass would not honor the guanantee and that the life time guarantee should not have been made in the first place. My decision to go with Interstate was determined by this promised guanantee. Obviously, I was naive, but this business certainly did not live up to your rating at the time.
