Robin Haglund designed a garden plan for me that was very good and that I am implementing. However, I can't recommend her for this reason: when she contacted me to schedule the 2-hour Zoom "reveal" of her plan, I asked her to first send me the plant list, so that I could do my due diligence before the reveal and familiarize myself with what I knew would be many plants new to me. I wanted to have the knowledge to ask intelligent questions during the reveal. She refused, so during the reveal she was talking about a lot of plants I knew nothing about. I did my research after the Zoom meeting and I had a few specific questions about a couple of the plants, so I emailed them to her. She replied that I would have to pay her $80/hr to answer emails about the plants. I think it was unreasonable to neither provide me with the plant list beforehand nor answer a few questions about it afterwards.
