I asked for an estimate on a heat pump with a gas furnace secondary. The estimator came out and took measurements and discussed the Trane models I was interested in. He left and I never heard from him again. I called the number he gave me and left voicemail, several times. I emailed the address on his business card, several times, but never heard back. I finally called the office, after several weeks of waiting on on an estimate, and the receptionist said she would contact him to return my calls/emails. It's been several weeks and I finally gave up. I have called another company.

The came to my house, looked at existing furnace and asked what I wanted. Said a proposal would follow on Thursday. Nothing on Thursday. Called on following Monday and was told the proposal would be emailed by Tuesday. Nothing. A message sent via the Contact Us section of their Web page remains unanswered.

We have used them for many years. They are on time. We added a mini split to our garage and just had it serviced along with our home HVAC. I had just cleaned the filters. The technician told us that if we kept the filters clean and it was operating that we did not need to get it serviced yearly. Our heat pump is 15 years old but they have kept it running even though we know it is nearing it's life expectancy. We do have our unit serviced every year. We have been very happy with them.
