Top Hat brought my chimney up to code, which included rebuilding the portion above my roof line, replacing the flashing, and installing covers, the last as part of the first repair since the house was built in the mid-1970’s. In addition, they took the extra step to find enough of the same brick (no longer being produced - the replacements came from Medford!) to replace those that were broken.

These guys know their stuff and charge a fair price. They weren't quite the cheapest I found, but I'm convinced that their service is worth a little extra.
