Nice people, really easy to work with. I took them my idea for a wedding band, and they made up a hand-carved version in wax. When the first one wasn't quite what I wanted, they cheerfully started over and carved a perfect one. My ring is beautiful, and one of a kind.

I've been here multiple times over the past 3 years, and they never cease to make me happy. Nancy's never recommended anything that wasn't essential and even told me that work really didn't need to be done on a piece (who does that!?!). In fact, instead of charging me for cleaning some silver items one time, Nancy recommended a $4 silver cleaner from Walgreens. Joe's also done a great job repairing broken pieces. They're great!
