Really really took advantage of us when we had an issue we couldn't repair ourselves. Other chimney companies said they would have done the same work, with better materials, at 40% of the price we were ripped off on. Unfortunately, the other companies came in too late.

I made an appointment several weeks ahead - they were booked up. The tech came on a frosty day, and I was concerned for his safety on my metal roof. He came on time, took proper precautions on the roof, took care of the chimney and wood stove maintenance, cleaned up well. I will keep using this business. Positively recommend them to anyone in their service area (Port Orchard, Belfair, Key Peninsula, Kitsap County).
