James is a one-man operation in great demand. He repaired my garage door that had fallen off its track, & even noticed & fixed a slight defect that was caused by the original installer. He even changed the lightbulb in the motor housing. While writing out his payment, I came out & he was blowing the debris out of my garage. James is friendly, knows his work, honest, & travels with his adorable doberman, who loves her ears scratched. I highly recommend him!

I'll add another glowing rating to the many James has garnered. He came to solve a baffling problem: door opened remotely from far but would barely close from outside. He said we'd approach the problem systematically. After loosening the lights in the opener, he disconnected the wall panel. Immediately the door opened and closed as it should. He happened to have a replacement unit with him, installed it, again verified the operation, then checked to make sure the door was otherwise properly lubricated and adjusted. He charged us for a basic service call plus a modest charge for the (used) wall unit. An excellent and informative service call!
