Their system failed after an expensive upgrade, but of course it was by then "my" system and "my" problem. Don't bother with them. Thus a complete disconnect. Go to a more reliable firm, perhaps adt, or install one of the new do-it-yourself systems which apparently work well.

This company acquired HomeGuard Security from Red Hawk Industries, LLC (which was a wholly owned subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation).

I had purchased my original system in 1988 from HomeGuard when they were owned by Washington Natural Gas. Over time and change in ownership to Red Hawk, my original system infrequently sent out false alarms.

While under the Washington Natural Gas ownership, I was pleased by their level of customer service. But under Red Hawk, the customer service was lacking and the local management level of product knowledge was in question.

I bought a new system from Enterprise with no further erroneouse alarms occurring and the customer service is top notch.

I recommend these folks.

Won't say where they are, or where the alarm response office for Seattle area is,or who/where any repair or adjustment service people are.

But they do say where to send the money, which is Road Island!
