Foxy Cut can be great - certainly great value. However I always felt like I was a bit "squeezed in" when I was there, despite having an appointment. My stylist was very knowledgeable, though I occasionally got the impression she wasn't quite with me when she was doing my hair - someone else was coming in or she was training a student, etc. As a result, my haircuts/color weren't always consistent. She gave me her personal cell number to make appointments, which worked a time or two (there's no one to answer the phone or make appointments, so it's catch as catch can with whomever picks it up). This worked a time or two for making appointments, but she didn't return my last two calls, so I had to find another stylist. Which is fine, because though they were nice enough, I never felt entirely welcome in the place.
