We had a great experience purchasing a large sectional at the Silverdale store and having it delivered to Eastern Washington.

Staff stood around chatting, then one rep broke apart after about a minute. Looking at easy-chairs: selection was minimum, and he did not offer other solutions. Should be friendlier and more conversational. Did not ask where we'd be using the furniture or engage us.
